Although we do not provide financing directly, I can get you in touch with companies that can help you get the financing you need. Should you need to set up a business plan for a bank loan, I can help you with statistics and base costs. I will be honest with you however and tell you that getting a business loan from a bank is no easy task. You have a better chance on borrowing off your mortgage, establishing a credit line or withdrawing some funds from your RRSP for a limited time until you can pay it back. Banks today are nervous about lending on a new business so just have patience. We can also help you in negotiating your rental agreement and help with by-law regulations within your community.
